The central pillar of every operation in construction, management, acquisition and sale of a property or a heritage is the correct knowledge of all the characteristics of assets, both those with a physical nature and those relating to regulation.

ASACERT offers professional services to investors, companies or asset managers, providing integrated technical assessments of a work, which covers design, urban − environmental, accounting − administrative, construction − structural, plant and maintenance.  This verification activity is more relevant in the field of real estate transactions, where investors need to know whether the purchased goods comply with the current regulations and the requirements of the final use.

The Monitoring activity carried out by ASACERT is a technical verification, aimed at detecting anomalies and criticalities that affect the design and the completion of the work, and the identification of the causes, which could compromise the use and the stability of the work itself.

The Project and Technical Monitoring service offered by ASACERT takes place in accordance with the following steps:

Planning Phase

This phase is carried out by verifying if the documentation provided by the customer and/or found at the Institutions is compliant with the Legislation and for the identification of any documentary deficiencies, with reference to the authorization documents required by the Legislation in force.

 Executive Stage

This phase is carried out by on-site inspections in order to verify the compliance with the current Regulations; with the technical and design specifications; with public tenders building requirements, the work planning and the Regulation for good technical execution; on-site inspections are also carried in order to identify any potential problems with building standards and structural and plant requirements.
