22/04/2012 - Shaikh Hazza opens Cityscape Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi: The arrival of Shaikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council marked the opening of the sixth edition of Cityscape Abu Dhabi on Sunday.
The four-day event taking place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (Adnec) showcases projects of several leading developers in the regional real estate industry and is viewed as the annual barometer for the Abu Dhabi and wider GCC real estate market.
Thousands of investors gather each year at Adnec to learn about the latest market trends and get updates on many of Abu Dhabi's master developments.
An anticipated highlight of Cityscape Abu Dhabi this year includes the latest developments of the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council's (UPC) emirate-wide urban development strategy, Vision 2030, and the Emirati Housing initiative, where 7,500 new homes for Emirati families across all three regions of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Gharbia will be showcased.
